man pressure washing a wall
This is the one service that we do that could potentially have the most impact if we are fully honest about it. When it comes to the exterior face of homes some people just don’t take the time to really ensure that this part of their home is well kept. You can clean on the inside all you want, but if you don’t work on the outside, your home can still be left with a dirty. That is exactly what we are going to be looking to avoid. In calling us you are also going to be able to avoid having to do the job on your own.

What We Do
Basically what we are going to want to do is get water into all of those hard to reach areas. Especially tall corners and certain cracks. If you have not cleaned your home this way in a while what you are going to be able to see is a massive wave of dust and dirt along with all of the debris that may have built up over the years. In most cases, this is going to be a process that is really going to be rejuvenating your home.

What We Can’t & What We Can’t Work On
It is very important to know which types of surfaces we are going to be able to power wash. While also making sure that we are clear on which other surfaces we are not going to be able to touch. Drywall, for example, is a big no for us. The wall is not going to be able to dry fast enough. Other than that, stucco walls, siding especially, and pretty much any other type of surface is going to be fair game. We are going to be totally honest with you about the type of surfaces we will handle and which we won’t.

Does This Replace Repainting?
It’s not that power washing is going to fully replace the need to repaint. This is something that we have mentioned in other areas of the site. What it can do is that it can rejuvenate an old paint job. There is going to be a point in time though, where the paint job is going to need a new coating. Even with power washing. That is just a fact of life it seems.

Can Power Washing Remove Paint?
If you want it to it can. Yet, this is one of the things that scare people. If you have a decent paint job you are not going to have to worry about it coming off if you power wash the area. If you have a paint job that is holding on for deal life you are probably better off repainting anyway. To be able to repaint pretty much the first thing that you are going to need to do is wash the area down. To make sure that you are painting on a clear surface and not a dirty one. So, you can give us a call regardless of what your current paint situation looks like!
