Patios can come in all shapes and sizes so that makes it hard for us to put out a strategy here that will let you know exactly how we plan to clean your specific patio. There are certain similarities though, to most of the services that we provide. Usually, for patios, a big part of our job is to make sure that we can get all of the dirt that has built up between the cracks or around the edges of the area. Regardless of the type of material that your patio happens to be made out of usually, we are going to have to do something along those lines.
What Type of Surfaces Can You Clean?
This is one of the more common questions that we tend to get. Actually in general and as it pertains to patios. Usually, we are going to be dealing with concrete patios. As we mentioned before in those cases, it is really important to make sure that we are able to clean between the cracks. If you have a tile patio or even an asphalt patio we are going to be able to help out. Are the results going to be the same? More than likely yes, since we are going to be able to adjust the way that we clean.
What To Do About The Water Run-Off
Another one of the major concerns that people tend to have as far as how we operate has to do with the water that we are going to be using. Precisely how this water is going to be cleared from the area in a safe manner. As we have mentioned before ideally we are going to find a way to make sure that water naturally falls down the drain or into the grass. This is a non-issue, we always make sure we have that planned out.
How Often Should I Get My Patio Cleaned?
This is really going to depend on the amount of debris of dirt issues that you have. It can also be determined by the type of patio. If you have a tile patio or concrete that is on its last legs it is more likely that these areas will need a bit more help overall. For most people, about 3 times a year could be fine. Maybe you are just going to need extra help before hosting an event. If that is the case, be sure to give us a call ahead of time.
Just Using Water?
For the most part, water with enough pressure is going to be able to do the trick. In certain cases, though we can also add soap or other types of chemicals to the mix that we are going to be spraying. Especially if the idea is to get rid of mold or help also get rid of weeds. These are all things that we are going to be able to discuss once you give us a call and we get a chance to talk about your particular needs.
